The content of this bachelor thesis is the design of the new apartment building in the town of Velké Meziříčí. It is an object with four above-ground floors and a abasement. The vertical supporting structures are designed from ceramic masonry, in the basement from monolithic reinforced concrete. The object will be covered with a pitched roof. The design documentation has been prepared according to the valid legal technical regulations.
Apartment Building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The solved object is located on the northwestern edge of the city. It is a three-storey non-basement building. On the second and third floors there are seven residential units, sizes 1 + KK and 2 + KK. On the first floor there are four garage spaces with cellars. It includes three separate cellars, utility room, carriage house and cleaning room. It is a brick building made of sand-lime bricks. The construction system is mixed and based on foundation strips. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic ceiling slabs. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof structure. The building is also equipped with an elevator and wheelchair access. In front of the building there are four outdoor parking spaces, one of which is for people with reduced mobility. Access to the building is possible through paved areas. The whole building is insulated with the ETICS system. Facade colors are designed in shades of white and gray with anthracite fillings of openings.
Apartment building Polička

This bachelor thesis encompasses project documentation of build execution of a new apartment building. Designed building is located on the southeastern OKRAJI of Policka in a newly built location. The apartment building is designed as a detached building with three above-ground and one underground floor in a flat terrain. The building has a total of 9 residential units with layouts of 3 + KK, 2 + KK and 1 + KK. All apartments except the barrier-free have a terrace or loggia and each apartment has a cellar located in the basement of the house. In the basement there is also a technical room, workshop, bicycle and carriage house and a common room. The apartment building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic blocks, in the basement from lost formwork. The ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. Perimeter masonry above ground level is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The roofing of the building is solved by flat roofs, while above the 2nd floor it is a vegetation roof with a terrace, above the 3rd floor there will be a non-walkable flat roof with a waterproofing layer made of asphalt strips.

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is a project documentation for construction of the building of the apartment house in Humpolec. The building is designed for housing, it has five overground storeys and a basement, with a lift. It contains seventeen dwelling units with access to the balcony and a possibility of own parking right in the building. The basement is largely made up of parking space – one collective garage with nineteen parking spots. The remaining part of the underground floor is made up of corridor, air conditioning engine room, room with electricity meters, room with cellars, utility room and cleaning room. On the other floors there are a total of seventeen housing units with layouts of 1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk a 4+kk. The apartment building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic blocks, in the basement from monolithic reinforced concrete are insulated with the contact thermal insulation system according to ETICS. The ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, only above the apartment on the 5th floor, the load-bearing part of the ceiling is solved using wooden beams. Stairway is solved as reinforced concrete precast. The building is covered by flat monolayer roof.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Domašov u Brna. It is a partially basement building with three floors. In the basement there is a common recreation area, technical rooms and cellars of individual housing units. On the first floor there are two apartments with a size of 3 + 1 and one apartment with a size of 2 + 1. These apartments are complemented by an outdoor terrace with a front garden. In the rest of this floor there is a cleaning room, a common room and a bicycle shed. The second floor is similar to the first, but instead of common areas there is one more 2 + 1 apartment. The apartments on the second floor are complemented by balconies. On the third floor there are two apartments 4 + kk and they are complemented by terraces situated to the west. It is a brick building made of THERM ceramic blocks. The construction system is mixed and based on foundations strips. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic ceiling slabs. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof structure. The building is also equipped with an elevator and wheelchair access. Construction Project for Implementation of Apartment Building in Starej Turej

This diploma thesis deals with the preparation of realization of new apartment building in the town of Stará Turá. It deals with basement project with underground garage and three floors above ground. Diploma thesis contains an accompanying, technical and summary technical report together with a study of the implementation of the main technological stages. Furthermore, the solution of wider relations with the design of transport and supply routes, object time and financial plan, time schedule of works for rough construction, project of construction site equipment, design and assessment of machine assembly, technological regulation for earthworks and securing of excavation walls, technological regulation for monolithic ceiling construction, inspection and test plan for earthworks and protection of excavation walls, inspection and test plan for monolithic ceiling construction, calculation of the time of removal of monolithic constructions, safety and health protection plan at work, noise study and economic assessment of the feasibility of the project. The thesis also includes a balance of machinery and workers and a detailed itemized budget for the rough construction.
Hyporehabilitation Havlíčkův Brod

The subject of this diploma thesis is to design a NZEB hyporehabilitation building in the hospital campus in Havlíčkův Brod. The building has three above-ground and one underground floors, connected with a staircase and elevator. It contains five therapy rooms with an access to a terrace and stables for up to seven horses. The underground floor includes a corridor, a technical room, an air conditioning unit room and warehouses. On the other floors, there are facilities for hipporehabilitation staff facilities and stables for horses. The building is based on reinforced concrete foundations. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic blocks. In the basement, the cast-in-place reinforced concrete cladding is insulated with ETICS. The floor structure consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels. The staircase is designed as a reinforced concrete prefabricate. The building is covered with a flat, single-skin roof, partially designed as green roof. The heating and domestic hot water are privided by the connection to the campus central heat supply system using a heat-exchanger. Ventilation in the building is provided by air-conditioning units with heat recovery. Photovoltaic panels are installed on the roof of the building. In the third part, the details in the 2D temperature field of selected parts of the building were assessed, modifications were proposed and an evaluation was carried out. The diploma thesis was processed mainly in ArchiCad and DEKSOFT software.
